If you have any concerns regarding your order or product quality, please contact us by email so that we may review your inquiry and attempt to assist. By completing a purchase, you further acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and waive any right to initiate a chargeback, except in cases of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials:

Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours

Opened or punctured vials are not eligible for return

Replacement or refund decisions are at the sole discretion of NextEdge Peptides

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Improper storage voids all claims.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

NextEdge Peptides stands behind the quality and analytical integrity of all products.

If independently verified analytical testing (e.g., HPLC and/or Mass Spectrometry) demonstrates purity below 99% for applicable single-compound products, NextEdge Peptides will provide a full refund of the product purchase price.

Exclusions apply to the following:

  • Blended products (multi-compound formulations)
  • IGF-1 LR3
  • HCG
  • HGH
  • Bacteriostatic Water

These products are not eligible for purity-based guarantees due to:

  • Limitations in standard analytical testing methods
  • Structural complexity and stability considerations
  • Inability to reliably quantify purity using conventional HPLC assays
  • Blended compounds can not be accurately tested for purity; only quantity. 

To qualify for a refund:

  • Testing must be conducted by a recognized third-party analytical laboratory
  • The test must be performed on a sealed, unused vial from the original batch
  • Documentation must include:
    • Full lab report
    • Batch/lot number matching the product
    • Clear methodology used

NextEdge Peptides reserves the right to:

  • Verify all submitted test results
  • Request additional validation
  • Deny claims that do not meet these requirements

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

NextEdge Peptides reserves the right to:

  • Terminate affiliate accounts at any time
  • Withhold commissions for violations
  • Recover improperly earned commissions

Additional rules:

  • Brand keyword targeting is prohibited
  • Discount code sites are not permitted
  • Own orders don’t count towards commissions.
